Crafty Steals Third Thursday Challenge

This month's Third Thursday Challenge was to use two colors from teal, pink, and yellow.  The background paper is teal (although it looks grey in this picture!)  Yellow and pink are in both the layered papers and the punched butterflies.  If you look closely, you will see some yellow washi tape with pink flowers, as well as many pink and yellow rhinestones.

I've started making some explosion boxes for a special project. One is completely finished, while two more need lids.

Styrofoam Wreath

I bought some styrofoam wreaths and am going to try wrapping twine around them to make a Valentine's Day wreath.

I just submitted a scrapbook layout for craftysteals.com. It was a challenge to use journaling cards, washi tape, and a punch. I used a floral washi tape for a stripe and a small journaling tag in the corner. The punch I used was a square punch to notch my banners.

I also finished my felt rose wreath today.

 

I finished my twine wrapped wreath with crocheted puff flowers!
